you can call me sojo and i am a tenty three year old queer art freelancer from the pnw. i am usually really friendly but i can become awkwardly shy and slow to respond to messages as i do deal with audhd as well as depression and anxiety. i do go through bouts of art block as well so please know i could be slow when drawing.

do not change or alter my artwork and images
i will post every sfw artwork i make but owed nsfw may be asked to not be posted

do not sell or profit off my artwork
you are free to be inspired by my art but dont trace or full blown copy
no ones allowed under any circumstances to feed or use my art for nfts or gen ai
do not put your own tos over my designs or art unless its basic boundaries

comms

i have the right to refuse any commission
i want to be paid upfront
do not draw on my art without my permission
i will not copy an art style or look from someone elses artwork
i only take comms via vgen unless you are a trusted commissioner who has commed me many times
i take paypal upfront when not using vgen for comms
all sales are final on customs and adopts so no refunds or trade backs

designs

do not co own my designs
do not delete my designs or artwork of my designs from toyhouse or rehome them off site
you may color pick and take minimal inspo from my designs
dont sell a design more than what its worth unless you add art
please do not change the characters design into a completely new character that has no resemblance of the original design
you can change their gender whenever
do not copy my designs to make more similar characters even if you own a design by me

trades

i have the right to refuse any art trade
you are not allowed to cancel an art trade once i have shown you a wip
i wont accept art trade requests if i dont know you
i commonly do more trades with people with a more similar style to mine
no progress in an art trade even when reminded will result in me reusing my part of the trade for myself
wips and the final art will be sent with huge watermarks to discourage theft and scams unless you have sent your completed part first

refunds

i will not do refunds for finished artwork
i will not do refunds for vouchers or adopts
i have the right to refuse any unnecessary refund
i leave a three month gap till refunds are able to be discussed
please do not commission me if your first thought is to refund me or if you prefer extremely fast commissions
full refunds can only be offered if the commission hasnt been started but after that you will be refunded based off of the completed stage
i will always decline a comm request if i cannot finish any art if you decide on a hard deadline

REVISIONS

you may ask for free three small revisions when it comes to customs and comms
you must pay for anymore revisions after the three
i am not responsible for any complaints about a commission if the customer does not ask me for changes during the commission progress stage

art wise my art is varied amongst many types of themes and genres as some of my fav pieces include pink or monochrome colors. i love drawing cute furry art with occasional human centered artwork thrown in there. but i am slowly learning to expand my art style. i personally love the colors pink and black or just monochrome themes in general and they have definitely become a staple for me and for my brand as a whole. nerdy wise im a huge nerd when it comes to games or media and i can happily ramble for hours about deep lore, obscure facts and all the characters and small details that make a world interesting. i mask because of my audhd, especially around people im not familiar with, so i may take some time to fully relax and be myself. please be patient with me while i figure out how to adjust to new people and situations. im always trying my best, even if it doesnt always look that way from the outside.
